Who we are

This website is run by IBITS Digital. For any privacy question or request, reach us through the contact page.

What we collect

• Briefs you send. Your name, email, and anything you add: company, the services you are interested in, scope, timing, and your message.
• Assistant conversations. The questions you type are used to answer you. When live AI replies are switched on, your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the reply. If you hand a conversation to the team, the conversation is attached to your note. Your browser keeps the chat in session storage, which clears when you close the tab.
• Sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google through our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the service running and secure.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Cookies and storage

Sign-in uses secure cookies to keep you signed in. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage. Nothing else is stored on your device.

How we use it

To reply to your brief or question, to run the client portal where you can see your briefs, and to keep the site secure.

Where it is kept

Briefs and accounts are stored with Supabase. When email notifications are on, the team receives a copy of new briefs through our email provider, Resend.

How long we keep it

We keep briefs for as long as we need them to respond and follow up with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through the contact page.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
